Canyons are undoubtedly among the most beautiful landscapes in the world!
But they also have their downsides: because they have narrow sections, safety in the canyon is highly dependent on the water level and its influencing factors. Rainfall, meltwater, weir openings, etc.

Safety is the top priority. Sometimes it’s only predictable at very short notice (1 to 2 days) before the tour whether conditions are suitable. As soon as we’re sure whether the tour can take place (or not), we’ll let you know!

No, tickets and Gift cards remain valid. In case of cancellations, an alternative date will be arranged.

Yes! As long as the booking is made under the same name, you will be assigned to the same group.

For bookings with different names, please let us know.

There are a maximum of 8 guests per guide.
If we have multiple groups for the same time, the guides on site will decide whether the groups go together or separately.

The minimum number of participants is 4 people.

We provide:

• 7mm wetsuit
• Climbing harness with self-belay
• Helmet
• Neoprene socks

What do I need to bring?

• Swimsuit, trunks, or bikini
• Towel
• 2 pairs of shoes: 1 pair of sturdy shoes for the tour, preferably ankle-high, that can get wet (e.g. hiking boots) and 1 pair of shoes for afterwards
• Optional: functional shirt to wear under the wetsuit (no cotton)

(We only have a limited number of shoes for rent)

The meeting point is our camp in Lenggries. There, you’ll be welcomed & receive your equipment.
The entry point for the tour is in Austria and can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
This drive must be done with your own car.

If you’re arriving by public transport, let us know in good time before the tour so we can organize a carpool or taxis for you at your own expense.

You have no experience yet but still want to join the Canyoning Tour: Then go through this checklist:

1. I can freestyle swim and consider myself a good swimmer.
2. I have no fear of heights.
3. Mountain hiking is nothing new to me.
4. I have surefootedness.
5. I have good athletic fitness and exercise regularly.
6. I am not afraid of whitewater.

No. This Canyoning Tour is not suitable for people with a fear of heights. Among other things, this tour includes a 7m jump (which can be rappelled) and a 25m rappel point that cannot be bypassed!

After the experience in the gorge, we’ll drive back to our camp together. There, the equipment is washed and sorted.

2 cold water showers are available.

Everything is locked away in your own car or at our camp.

Yes, in Lenggries there are rustic and traditional inns, beer gardens, and restaurants. In good weather, the Dorfschenke, which is within walking distance, is highly recommended.
You are also welcome to enjoy a cool beer at our camp.
