Tour

Enjoy your last trip to "freedom" as a bachelor with your friends on a JGA Isar Rafting. Look forward to exciting tasks in the boat, on water and on land. There won't be a dry eye in the house (or the rest of you anyway)!

"All hands on board?" Then the action and fun starts on the Isar! Along beautiful gravel banks and rapid river rapids, mean but funny tasks are set on the 12 km river stretch towards Bad Tölz.

The highlight is the Isar cataract (turbulent river section with white water level 3), which can be passed several times or, of course, bypassed.

If you still don't feel refreshed afterwards, you can quench your thirst with cool drinks at our Sport-Piraten camp!

After an eventful day, Lenggries and Bad Tölz with their rustic inns, beer gardens and pubs offer various possibilities to party until late into the night.

Contact us and together we will plan an experience you won't soon forget!

Can I book the appointment first without obligation?

Sure! Contact us by mail or phone and we will take care of the non-binding reservation until 2 weeks before the date.

Does the JGA Isar Rafting take place in all weathers?
Yes with two exceptions:
  • In the event of severe flooding above a certain water level.
  • During strong and global thunderstorms
We make every effort to inform participants as early as possible if the tour cannot take place.
Do the tickets and vouchers expire if the appointment is cancelled?

No, the tickets and vouchers remain valid. In case of cancellation an alternative date will be arranged.

Am I in a rafting boat with my friends?

Yes, as long as the booking is made under the same name, you will be on the same boat. For bookings with different names, you can let us know who is with whom! Our boats have a maximum capacity of 11 seats. Beyond that, the group will be divided among several boats.

How does the boat division work depending on the number of participants?

The tour for bachelors is designed to cater exclusively for groups.
The minimum price refers to the capacity of our small rafts.
Here are the capacities of our boats:

  • small rafts: 9 seats (guests) + 1 seat (guide)
  • large rafts: 11 seats (guests) + 1 seat (guide)
  • Canoes/Dinghy: 3 seats (guests)

For groups of 12 to 14 people, 1 large raft and 1 canoe are used.
During the tour, we regularly swap who rides on the raft and who rides on the canoe.

What is included and what do I have to take myself?

  • Neoprene jacket (depending on temperature)
  • Life jacket
  • Paddle
  • Helmet

What do I need to bring ?

Alternatively, you can rent neoprene shoes from us on site for the tour.

Short interim info

The JGA rafting tour on the Isar is exclusive. That means you are among yourselves on your own boat with your own guide.
Our smallest rafts have 10 seats minus the guide. Therefore, the basic price is calculated for 9 guests, even if the actual number of participants is less.

If you are a small group and do not need or want to book an exclusive boat, you are welcome to purchase individual tickets here and enjoy the ride together with other guests.

Short interim info

For groups of 12 to 15 participants, an additional boat is used:

Rafting Bavaria Lenggries
1 x raft (max. 11 participants + guide)
Canoe tour Isar Lenggries - Bad Tölz
and 1 x Canadian (2-4 participants)

During the trip you are welcome to switch between raft and canoe. The route we will of course ride together 😉

Two rafts will be used if the number of participants is 16 or more.
