Our team event raft building is the classic among team building measures. And rightly so, we say! The idea behind teambuilding measures is to take the employees of a team, a department or a company out of their usual working environment and their usual positions. This gives them the opportunity to get to know each other better and to work together under different conditions. Also in the team event raft building, strategies have to be developed together, tasks have to be distributed and problems have to be overcome in order to reach the common goal.
By working together to build a raft, the employees* will communicate well, plan and make quick decisions together on how best to build the raft. A well-harmonized crew is also required when the raft is then brought (together) into the water and sets sail.

The team event raft building can take place in any weather. We have tents on site in which the planning and flag design can take place even in unsettled weather. In addition, each participant can get a rain poncho for the raft trip.

The team event raft building can be carried out from 10 people. For larger teams, we split the participants into small groups of max. 10 people. Each group builds its own raft.

No. The rafts are initially tested by our guides before we go out on the open water. The rafts are always accompanied by our guides with a boat, who can intervene if necessary. Each participant also receives a life jacket.

What do we need to bring with us ?

• Closed shoes for the raft trip which may get wet. No flip-flops or sandals

• Towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, glasses strap if necessary

A public journey is not so easily possible. However, we will gladly organize a bus transfer from the desired location to the meeting point. There are also parking facilities on site.
